Dometic updated the design of the drive arm in the first week of January 2015. Toilets with a serial number of 501XXXXXX  and later have the updated drive arm. The arm’s redesign has a little “bump” that fixed the cycling problem. The “bump” makes sure that the limit switch is disconnected to stop the ball from cycling.
